Location: Primarily remote

The Contractor shall be available for periodic working sessions, review meetings and workshops at NCIA sites where required by the assignment, with locations including Brussels (Belgium), The Hague (Netherlands), Mons (Belgium), and other NCIA locations as required

Requirements:
• A university-level degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, such as organisational psychology, organisational development, human resources, change management, learning and development, instructional design, communications, business administration, social sciences, or a directly comparable field
• Recognised professional certification in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related discipline is desirable
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content design, instructional design or learning experience design for organisational learning and development contexts
• A portfolio of comparable deliverables (facilitator guides, slide decks, participant workbooks, diagnostics, supporting assets), to be submitted with the proposal
• Demonstrable ability to coordinate content across related topics for coherence (consistent terminology, structure and visual identity)

Desirable:
• Familiarity with NCIA and its operating context, or directly comparable experience in NATO, defence, intergovernmental or large international public-sector organisations
• Working knowledge of the four core frameworks NCIA operates: Organisational Change Management, Team Effectiveness, wellbeing, and inclusion - with deeper expertise in the framework relevant to the topic(s) proposed
